DailyComedy.com is a website on which several of America's funniest comedians post topical jokes in text and on video every day in their own, unique, funny, and often twisted style.

We created DailyComedy.com to make it easy to share jokes and information with your friends and other fans of comedy. We give you control of your information--you tell people only what you want them to know about you in your profile on your comedy stage. Also, DailyComedy.com believes you should have access only to the information others want to share.

DailyComedy.com's privacy policy is designed to help you understand how we collect and use the personal information you decide to share, and to help you make informed decisions when using DailyComedy.com.

By using or accessing DailyComedy.com, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. Profile information you submit to DailyComedy.com will be available to visitors to your comedy stage. Your name, your comedy stage name, and profile picture thumbnail will be available in search results on DailyComedy.com.

DailyComedy.com may use information in your profile without identifying you as an individual to third parties. We do this for purposes such as aggregating how many people like another fan or a comedian and to personalizing advertisements and promotions so that we can provide relevant information to you.

Sharing Information With Third Parties
We do not provide contact information to third parties without your permission. We share your information with third parties only in limited circumstances where we believe such sharing is reasonably necessary to offer the service, legally required or permitted by you. For example:

We may provide information to service providers to help us bring you the services we offer. Changing Or Removing Information
Access and control over personal information on DailyComedy.com is available through the comedy stage profile editing tools. DailyComedy.com users may modify or remove any of their profile information at any time by logging onto their account. Information will be updated immediately when changed. Individuals who wish to deactivate their DailyComedy.com account may do so. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to members of DailyComedy.com. You can also remove fans and comedians from your comedy stage by using the editing tools.

Security
DailyComedy.com takes all commercially reasonable precautions to protect our member/fans' information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. Because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, we request that you NOT send private information to us by email or instant messaging services.
